The individually decorated and themed rooms all include TVs, en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. Some rooms enjoy the luxury of a small kitchenette in the room, An above average English breakfast is included in the rate and a three course dinner can be arranged (Mon to Thurs ) on request an additional fee.

Even though we had to travel to Dundee daily for the games it was great to come back to this warm, inviting guest house after a tiring day. Room was beautiful. Lynn's attention to detail and the needs of her guests was amazing. Both our hosts were warm and friendly. Breakfast of the best quality just perfect for the start of a long day. A home away from home. Highly recommend Aberdeen House."

21 October 2014"We drove into a beautiful, clean yard with a manicured lawn and immediately felt a sense of peace and tranquillity. We loved our room and my two year old son had the liberty to roam around the expansive yard and even engaged with the bird ornament among the flowers in the front yard!All in all this was a wonderful stay!"
