Sodwana View Holiday Homes, is situated in Sodwana Bay and provides accommodation in the form of 3 Beach homes, each sleeping up to six guests, as well as a flat sleeping three guests. Sodwana Bay is located in a reserve, under the KwaZulu-Natal Parks Board, and the entrance to the beach lies within the Reserve.Each beach house features two spacious bedrooms, and an extra tent can also be pitched if required. If peace and quiet is what you need to recharge, you will feel right at home here. Sit in the lounge and look out onto Mgobezeleni Lake, with the sea in the background. With a 270-degree view, you can enjoy lovely sun downers as well as sunrises.Our staff is known to us for about 20 years now, and are friendly and reliable. Their service is included in the quoted price, and DStv can be arranged for an additional fee. Ice and wood is sold on the premises and there is a space where guests are able to clean fish, diving equipment and boats. Please note that for the Beach House the first four people will pay R250, each additional guest up to six, will pay half price. For the Flat, the first two people will pay R250 and the third person, will only pay half price. Hence we advise guests to request the appropriate tariffs.The main road through Sodwana to the beach is tarred. We are 2 km off tar, which can be traveled with any type of vehicle but low profile sedans, not recommended.Please note: If you are looking for 5 star accommodation please give Thonga Beach Lodge a call!

"Your staff are great. Friendly and very helpful.We were in the newest cottage and it will be even better if it was plastered and painted. We had a bit of rain and the water comes straight through the cement block construction and causes the house to smell musty."

"A flat very not cosy (concret walls not painted, old furnitures, etc)<br/>Some little bugs when we arrived <br/>We asked for having a direction to go to the flat . The direction were wrong and fortunatly a local couple showed us the wright direction (because the owner didn t answer to his phone even after many calls).<br/>You may need a 4x4 to go to the flat which us not described on the Web site."

"<p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sodwana View Holiday Homes, fully fenced and secured with night guard on site, is the ideal place to stay if you dont like a crowd of noisy people and troops of pestering /destructive monkeys around you. It is peaceful and tranquil with all the needed facilities available. Campsite is small and neat. The price is right too. Directions a bit awkward, but with </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #505050;">Elma Marais on the other end of the line it is very easy to find.
