Reefteach Lodge
Reefteach has an intimate knowledge of the reefs at Sodwana Bay and is the operator of choice for divers wishing to know more about the underwater environment. Reefteach staff have completed thousands of dives at Sodwana Bay and because we personally dive daily, we are in a position to show you the best Sodwana has to offer.
Reefteach offers luxurious upmarket accommodation. Our units consist of Reef House, Starfish Cottage and Coral Annexe. The units are secluded and situated in our beautiful gardens, which are 100 m off the main road and less than 3 km from the Parks Board gate. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathrooms. All the units are self-catering; there is a swimming pool and entertainment area with three braai areas available. We have a nightwatchman who ensures safety and security.

03 January 2018"Sodwana itself is incredibly beautiful but what made our stay even more enjoyable was our stay at Reefteach. The chalets were clean and fully equipped with everything we could want or need. Even rusks and coffee! Nothing was too much effort for Janine and Megan who did their best to make sure we got to do everything we wanted to. Including rescheduling of our snorkeling when the weather didn't co-operate and helping us book a quad biking tour. We will definitely be back and soon :)"

06 April 2016"What an awesome place to stay. We stayed there for 4 days and I could see why everyone loves it so much. Everyday they were helping all the divers getting ready and making sure the equipment was ready. I also saw a instructor teaching a little boy how to dive. The most amazing part of it was the patients he had and how he provided him with all the information how to dive and what to do in a emergency. Thank you so much for the hospitality and looking forward seeing you soon again."

25 March 2013"i paid for this but was taken to another place, was told the lodge is fully booked and the self-catering is down the road, when i got there i was another lodge Ogwini Lodge that has no fridge, horrible view and yet i paid for self-catering with a kitchnette with a bar fridge, i had trouble checking in because i was there an 1 hour later and yet checking time was 2pm and i only arrived at 3pm, poor service from Reefteach, if they didn't have accomodation they were suppose to inform in time so that i can take another accomdation."

04 September 2011"When we arrived it was already night time and we had some problems to find the right entrance of the lodge. It is not well indicated. The owners weren't inside the lodge when we arrived. There is a nightwatchman during the night. It makes you feel safe. The room was clean and fine."
