  "very disappointed, tried to complain but with no luck. Room 2401 and 2403. Train your staff to be friendly more especially the receptionist. show appreciation when checking out. kitchen utensils had rust including the cupboards. fridges were health hazard, not purely clean and in one room the fridge was not working and ended up using one fridge in our 4 days stay. The baths are and embarrassing to use. only the beds were tolerable."

  "It does not deserve even a quater of a star. The place smells like toilet from elevators to the rooms. I even asked the front desk people if they can sleep in such conditions. I did not sleep there I had to find another place. What they say on their web is misleading."

  "Good day<div><br /></div><div>We did not enjoy our stay at your holiday flats. Your staff could be more friendly both the cleaners and the security people. The toilet smelled horribly the cleaners must use something stronger than wat they are currently using to clean it, we didn't have a mop for the floor and were forced to step on water in the bathroom and mess up the whole flat, the cleaners promised to get us a mop everyday for 4 days.</div><div>The sheets were not changed, hai there's honestly a lot that I can say that we did not like.</div>"

  "The worst establishment I ever stayed at. The voyeer to the lifts were smelly, our room had no bed linen and people ran out of electricity. The tv just showed snow flakes on all the channels which was the normal SABC channels. The pool and braai area were dirty. Waste of money"

  "My Stay T Seaboard hotel was probably the worst ever. The place is not clean, the service we received from the reception up to the floor workers was very bad and bully. No professionalism whatsoever.We were treated like children, I will never ever go back there again."

  "Reception was not available and very unprofessional. There were no security. Lots of street kids begging in front of the so called hotel, some attempting to mug the visitors and guests. There is literally a taxi rank in front of the so called hotel. It is more like low class flats and does not deserve to be called a hotel or self catering apartment. The noise during the day as well as night is extremely disturbing, inside as well as outside. Most of the residents are under the influence of alcohol. Do not expect to have a peaceful sleep. Appliances are out of order, such as the TV, shower, fan. do not refer any potential visitor or guests to Seaboard. My daughter was very afraid. The swimming pool is dirty and it is not advisable to be dressed in a swimming costume at that place, you asking for trouble. I will never recommend anyone, Friends or Strangers to that environment.It is Bad."

I can give you photo's of how it really looks!!!When we reported the issues at reception and ask about procedures for cancelling our stay, they weren't even interested to know and come see what we were not happy with or wanting to clean and more than willing to accept us leaving....Thank you to Janine of Safarinow for her help though."
