Siya Holiday Apartment is a comfortable self-catering unit situated in South Beach. The apartment block is called Marlborough Court which is situated exactly four blocks south of the Holliday Inn South beach. Getting to Ushaka Marine World from South Beach is as simple as a drive along OR Tambo Parade and across South Beach Avenue.The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with one sleeper couch and two single beds. This apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child (STRICTLY) Guests need to please bring their own towels and toiletries.The city's harbour is one of very few natural harbours between Port Elizabeth and Maputo. South Beach lies close to Durban's trendy Point area, now a revived development of waterways and upmarket shops. Point Yacht Club still hosts a number of races and regattas throughout the year from the sea side. The beach is wonderful for swimming, being partial to swells and less stormy weather during summer.We regret, no smoking in the rooms, clients who transgress will lose their deposit. Clients are required to bring their own towels and toiletries. All guests will be occupying the property at their own risk. Neither Siya Holiday Apartment nor the management of Marlborough Court will be responsible for any loss of life or property and any injury caused to any person while on the property of Marlborough court or for the duration of the stay at Marlborough Court.

"Siya holiday apartment is very clean the whole building, you enjoy your sleep with their comfortable bedrooms, it is located close to beach, to the mall, to ushaka marine world, wilson warlf, fun world,and moses mabida. The rooms have everything from inside all you have to bring is your facecloth and towel. Booking with Siya Holiday Apartment won't make you regret the waste of your money."

"Our booking was for 6 adults, but when we got to the venue, it was a 4 sleeper , a double bed and 2 single bed and a filthy sleeper couch which was skew , only one person could sleep there, the one adult had to sleep on the floor beautiful there was no place for her to sleep, when we asked for help at the reception we were told to contact the agent. the cutlery and crockery was for 4 people. I tried to call the contact person which was provided by safari but he never answered his calls or returned my calls, I took photos and hoping you had a column where I could upload the photos ."
