The Docklands Hotel is situated on the Durban Waterfront.
The Hotels 83 rooms are all designer decorated, with stunning views over the Indian Ocean and the harbour. The bedrooms at the hotel have been designed to cater for the business traveller, with all the required technology on site. Bathrooms feature expansive showers with large shower heads, while 13 television channels can be found in every bedroom.
The beach is just minutes away, where every imaginable water and beach sport is accessible. Restaurants are also numerous at uShaka Marine World and a hotel shuttle bus is available for transportation. A recent addition to the beachfront offering is the city bus services offering a very reduced fare on modern buses from Suncoast Casino to uShaka Marine World every 20 minutes, allowing all our guests to experience the entire Durban beachfront as often as they wish.

"Booked out, before even staying"
31 March 2013"Wrong room was allocated when arrived. When this made know to reception, moved to the correct room. The AC unit was making a trerible noise, only to be told that the maintenance team have left, and nothing could be done. Not prepared to sleep in a room with noisy AC the entire night. Hotel looks rundown, not value for money, tiles are broken in lift, carpets are stained and dirty etc. Not a value for money hotel, stay away. Booked into the Hilton, cheaper, better service, cleaner, more professional. Worst hotel I have stayed in all my travels locally and abroad."
