100 Southridge

100 Southridge is self-catering with four en-suite bedrooms, of which three have sea views. The house is renovated and fully furnished in luxury. The large patio has a swimming pool and panoramic sea and golf course views. The house is serviced once a week, but a daily cleaning service can be arranged. There are two lock-up garages and secure parking for a further two cars. In addition, there is an overall security system with armed response.

100 Southridge is well sitauted for access to the local beaches, being a mere five minute walk away, and the many prestigious golf courses in KwaZulu-Natal. Southbroom Golf Course is five minutes away, San Lameer Golf Course is 15 minutes away and the Wild Coast Golf Course is 30 minutes away.
