Browns @ Milkwood is located in the exclusive and secure estate of Milkwood, Southbroom on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. This fully alarmed unit lies on Umkobi Lagoon and Beach, opposite the famous Tratorria Restaurant and a stones throw from Southbroom Golf Course. Local amenities include nature walks, tennis courts, bowling club, two swimming beaches with restaurants, two tidal pools and a number of prestigious golf courses including Selbourne, San Lameer and the Wild Coast Sun, amongst others. Plenty of local restaurants and nearby shopping centres. Neighbouring Marina Beach (San Lameer) within walking distance on the beach is a Blue Flag beach and the Wild Coast Casino is only about 20 minutes away.
Browns @ Milkwood is ideal self-catering holiday accommodation. Luxuriously furnished with four bedrooms that sleep eight, two king-sized and four 3/4 beds. Three bathrooms, two en-suites and a spacious living area with PVR. Air-con and ceiling fans. Linen, beach and bath towels provided. Fully-equipped modern kitchen. Double lock-up garage. Communal pool on your doorstep. Games room and play area on the estate. Large patio with braai area overlooks the beautiful Umkobi Lagoon with beach views. From October to April, you can watch the spectacular demonstration by European Barn swallows - an annual phenomenon. A haven for bird watching enthusiasts. Keep an eye out for the resident otters.
Facilities include swimming pool, games room, communal and private braai facilities. Double lock-up garage and private entrance. Modern kitchen includes fridge/bar fridge/freezer combo, microwave, glass hob, oven with rotisserie, washing machine, condenser tumble drier and dishwasher. Dining room seats eight, PVR and DVD player.

21 December 2015"<p>We had a really lovely holiday at Browns @ Milkwood, It was like a home from home, the accommodation and furnishings were superior and the view was outstanding. It had a great location close to the beach but was never busy as it is at the end of a residential road. I can honestly say it was one of the best vacations we have had and certainly the most relaxed and restful. </p><p>Would certainly recommended to people who want a relaxing time in an upmarket secure complex with superior accommodation.</p>"
