St Francis Bay House on the Canal

This new modern and spacious four-bedroom, four bathroom house is the ideal holiday home to stay in with your family or friends. You will find yourself right on the water with your own jetty and small beach. The house has two separate braai areas, one covered indoor bar and braai, and one outside braai. A few seconds walk away, down a quaint footpath on the other side of Harley Street, you will find the beautiful Kromm River.

There are two lounges and a fantastic open-plan kitchen and dining room area. The dining room has a fabulous huge dining room table. The afternoon light pours in and if you are not cruising on the canal or river at sunset, you can sit at home and have your sundowner with magnificent sunsets in front of you.

There are wonderful beaches and good restaurants nearby. The various fynbos and coastal walks you can do are breathtaking in their beauty, not forgetting the two great golf courses, The Links and St Francis Bay Golf Course.

"An amazing house. Perfect layout of kitchen, dining and bar area. Being on the canal is constant entertainment! Clean and comfortable. The open area that can sleep 4 is part of the open lounge area on your way to 3 bedrooms so ideal for kids but not adults. Wed definitely rent here again...we loved it. Everything you need for a holiday home."

"Lovely position on the canals, house had great bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen. The lounge area furniture was very poor/old and covered loosely with throws to hide the poor state of the furniture. Indoor & outdoor relaxation/chilling chairs, etc are a big part of holiday homes so should be improved based on other homes on offer in the area. Otherwise had a great time in St Francis!"

"We had a lovely stay at the House on the Canal over Christmas and New Years. The location is ideal for sunsets and watching/ partaking in water based activities. The house is well equipped and provides lots of accommodation for families. We would definitely rent again."
