Avalone Guest house offers homely comforts and warm hospitality in the picturesque village of St Lucia which borders the iSimangaliso Wetland Park.

Our comfortable bedrooms have air-conditioning, fridges, hairdryers and tea trays. Breakfast is served on the patio overlooking the pool in the tropical garden bordering the nature reserve, and we provide secure parking. Children are welcome; please request rates for children under the age of 13 and sharing with parents.

Beaches, snorkelling, hiking, fishing and golf courses are nearby. The area also offers seasonal whale- and turtle watching.

"Wonderful stay at Avalone Guest House"

"We stayed at Avalone for two nights, but it felt too short! The family units feel like a home away from home, air conditioned, modern, spacious and very well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, and of a very high standard. Shaun and wife and their team were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in St Lucia (advice about where to go, cooler boxes, towels, camp chairs, etc). We will definitely be returning to Avalone Guest House."
