  "the tent is spacious with a decent bathroom. we enjoyed our first night there, but the other two nights it was cold - due to the exceptional weather: rain and winds. its a good base to explore the national parks/wetlands nearby. we did also indulge on the cooked breakfast last morning - which was good but too pricey for what was on offer (75 rand per person). overall a good stay and we would visit again"

  "Arrived there and were shown our room. Beds were in a bad shape, old mattresses and cramped. Shared kitchen was not inviting at all. Showers and toilets outside in a shared area?? They were busy constructing outside their new camping area. Hammering and drilling noise all day? Not what I want to hear on a holiday!We arrived there on a Friday morning and were horrified. We canceled our reservation, lost our deposit and luckily managed to find other accommodation.Definitely NEVER going back to Budget Backpackers again."

  "Hi, I did not enjoy my stay at the backpackers because the place was not clean and the unruly behaviour by a group of people who had booked. As a result we only slept for a day instead of the two days booked. However, I must appreciate postive attitude of the staff who, against all odds, tried to make our stay a pleasant one. Big ups to Amos and Goodness."
