Luwandla 15 is a self-catering townhouse located about 1 km from St Lucia Beach. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation ideal for families visiting St Lucia.
The sun-filled apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit has a fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen offers a stove with an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and all cutlery and crockery. The unit has a comfortable lounge area with a TV with DStv. Guests can walk out onto a patio area with a built-in fireplace. The secure village has parking space available behind locked gates for residents vehicles. Guests can make use of the communal swimming pool within the complex.
The complex is located opposite an indigenous forest with warthogs, red duiker and monkeys. The occasional leopard and hippo visit the area.
Luwandla is located within walking distance of all the town activities including, shops and restaurants. It is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas such as the nearby game reserves, walking trails and beaches.

23 March 2021"very nice clean and accommodating place. Just outside braai area light was not working. And aircons remotes didn't had batteries for rooms. We saw hippos and that was very cool."

03 August 2015"Baie lekker gebly sal net aanbeveel dat hoofslaapkamer & bed opgegradeer word & alle linne meer gereeld opgegradeer word. Die stoep meubels kan ook gereeld van spinnerakke skoongemaak word. Verder het ons lekker gebly. Die "cleaning lady" is baie vriendelik."

26 March 2013"We had a wonderful stay at Luwandla. Very comfortable, well furnished simplex with lovely surrounds. The landlady Pearl was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information. She even alerted us to the African Wood Owls perched in the tree outside the simplex. Only complaint I have is that we were not informed to bring bath towels, toilet paper, soap etc, so we did have to rush out to buy them."
