"Service - ExcellentFood - Excellent Accommodation - Excellent, although both rooms were very dirty and dust all over, it was cleaned thoroughly the following day. If a serious complaint is made by a guest, it should be handled serious, not only a sorry!! I have pictures and videos of the dirty rooms as well as the cleaners admitted that they can't believe the rooms being so dusty!I know you get lots of guest that will complain about everything... Even if the weather is bad!But if a valid and serious complaint is made, management should act better than just a sorry and a smile. I paid a substantial amount for the 2 rooms and expected it to be at least clean!!!Will definitely recommend tomy friends and colleagues, but will inform them that the rooms cleaning is neglected. "The staff are very friendly, responsive and provide very good service. The room - we took the honeymoon suite - was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. An easy drive from Cape Town made this a good experience in a special environment."

"Despite a small mix up regarding requiring a twin room, the staff were very helpful and helped make a quick plan. Unfortunately we arrived in the evening and had an early departure so we didn't get to see much but looks well looked after."
