Die Ou Familie Strandhuis

Die Ou Familie Strandhuis is a big beach house in Stilbaai. It overlooks the river with its tidle pools, which is a paradice for kids and is located just 800 m from the main beach.

The house, which sleeps 11 guests, has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge lounge areas and a huge farmstyle kitchen, The well- equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher and guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. There is a separate TV room. The big lounge is comfortably furnished and it has an indoor braai area. There is a freezer in the house. Safe parking is provided.

Stilbaai has a rich marine life in the river estuary and a remarkably large variety of birds are located on the migratory whale route, which boasts the highest gathering of whales in the world between July and October every year. The village also has a unique eel species which are hand fed.
