Dolphin View Tsitsikamma

Situated just 15 minutes from Storms River Village, Dolphin View offers comfortable self-catering, open plan accommodation suitable for clients who seek a relaxing getaway with the option to explore their adventurous side. Each cottage has a bedroom with a king-size bed or twin beds, plus a sleeper couch with all linen, towels and blankets included. TV and Wi-Fi. The bathrooms each have a bath and shower. The kitchen areas have seating for four people and is fully equipped with small stoves, fridges and microwaves, irons. Cutlery and crockery are provided for extra convenience. Outside the chalets are patios with brick braai areas. We have a very popular splash pool, also share the swimming pool, bar facilities and restaurant with Misty Mountain situated directly next to us (2xmin walk).Peace, quiet, no traffic, no pollution. Children have to play in the sunshine; husbands have to talk to their wives. Dolphin View cottages are just a stone's throw away from the Tsitsikamma National Park, a region of majestic beauty and wild adventure. Guests can make use of the varied hiking trials in the area, bungee jump off Bloukrans Bridge or simply relax while enjoying the spectacular sea views.

"Our stay at Dolphin View Chalets was definitely one of my favourite get-aways! Hilmari was a great host, providing information on the surrounds, helping us with forgotten items and giving us excellent directions! The Chalet's, are kitted with everything you could possibly need from a small umbrella to match sticks to a line for wet clothes! The view is simply magnificent and the chalets share the facilities of the 4 star lodge right next door. Hilmari mentioned that flies maybe a problem due to the area being surrounded by diary farms - the rooms have candles and bug spray but we did not have an issue at all! The area is clean, air is fresh and the stay in comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone! The only thing to improve would be the 4km of gravel road to get to the chalets from the highway, also cellular signal is an issue however - WI-FI is available. I hope to return to this beautiful place!"

"Just 3km from the Storm's River Bridge, the Dolphin View cottages were an amazing choice. The Tsitsikamma mountains towered as your backdrop and the ocean as your view, it was the most peaceful stay we had. Our host was so accommodating, we felt especially catered for. Definitely going back!"

"The best accommodation we have ever had. It is the first time we have found an indoor wash line at a B&B or S/C accommodation which is so convenient for the smalls one needs to wash. The attention to detail was really appreciated! And the bed was the most comfortable ever. What a wonderful host Barbara is! Made us feel 'at home'. And the view is breathtaking and the silence is food for the soul."

"We were welcomed at the gate by a smiling Barbara. We had a good, quiet and peaceful time while we were at Dolphin View. This is the place to go when you want to get away from city life and just want peace and quiet. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Barbara was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely going back there again."
