19 on Hill

19 on Hill is a garden flatlet situated just 300 metres or a 4 minute walk from the beach with a separate entrance and secure parking. The beach, supermarket, and nearby restaurants are all just a short walk away, and there are plenty of options for day trips with a car that allow you to explore the countless beautiful and historic sites the Cape Peninsula has to offer.

The flatlet comprises one bedroom with twin single beds, a shower en suite, and a large open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, an oven, hob, and microwave. There is a shaded outdoor area with braai facilities.

The small town of Strand is located 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. It boasts one of the safest and best beaches in the country, stretching 5 km with fine white sand, offering perfect conditions for swimming, sunbathing and surfing, amongst others. Stunning sunsets over beautiful views of the Cape Peninsula can be enjoyed from the beach, only a stroll away from your flat-let.

Strand is at the foot of the Helderberg Mountain with many wine farms right on your doorstep, and a further 15 minute drive will take you to the heart of the Cape wine-land region. During the whale season a 50 minute drive along a scenic coastal road to Hermanus will give you a view of these majestic animals.
