27 Arum

27 Arum is a two-bedroom holiday home located just 1 km from the Strand Beach, 10 km from the Cape Winelands and only 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. The house is situated in a secure gated complex with ample parking and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area, enclosed courtyard, and a lock-up garage.

The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower and toilet, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate full second bathroom with corner shower and bath plus an additional single bed in the living area. The open-plan living area is spacious and comprises a lounge with seven-seater sofa, a dining area with table seating six and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The enclosed paved courtyard looks out over a small green belt where guinea fowl roam, and outdoor furniture, an umbrella and barbecue are supplied.

The house is the perfect base, within strolling distance to white sandy beaches, shops, restaurants. Just a little further, explore the Cape Peninsula, Cape Town and a wide variety of wine farms, while sporting enthusiasts can take advantage of the Strand Golf Course.
