87A, 87B and 87C ON Union provide well equipped self-catering accommodation in the sunny and coastal town of Strand. Just 500 meters from the beach and warm False Bay waters, all units have secure parking behind electric gates. 87A accommodates four guests in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds), a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower and a separate toilet, fully equip kitchen and a dining room. An indoor braai in the TV room leading onto an enclosed covered area with outdoor braai facilities. 87A and 87B shared the laundry and enclosed covered area. 87B and 87C offer each a bachelors apartment with a fully equip kitchenette as well as shower, toilet and basin 87B with 2 x single beds or king bed (sleeps 2) and 87C with a double bed (sleeps 2). All units have DSTV, internet and outside braai areas. 87C has it's own private area. * These are pet friendly units. Guests need to arrange prior to arrival if there pets are accompany them.* The central location of the units allow for easy access onto the N2 and to a number of nearby restaurants, local shops and places of interest. Cape Town International Airport is 20 mins Cape Town ICC is forty minutes drive away.

"The worst accommodation that I have experienced. Michiel didn't know what the dates were that we booked for. The information on the advertisement is deceiving as what we expected and what we got didn't meet at all. The room is really small and there is cockroaches. Michiel said that he will arrange with us for someone to clean the unit during the week that we stayed there which never happened. He never came in contact with us until the day before we booked out when I phoned him to arrange for the keys to be dropped of. Wouldn't easily recommend this to someone unless you only want a bed to sleep in for a night or 2. "

"Stayed 3 nights in 87B. If all you need is a clean and neat place,very compact but comfortable and at a good price this is an excellent option.Very small kithenette and shower but adequately equipped and a nice covered patio with seating to enjoy meals or coffee, and close enough to shops and restaurants.Also possible to reach sights of Cape town and for visiting the winelands.Good sleep quality, bed comfortable.Very friendly and hearty owner Dr. Michiel was available by Whats app or phone at all times for any query.Thank you Michiel, will gladly stay again in future."

"We stayed at 87A on Union for 8 days and found the accommodation to be more than adequate. The house is not too close to the beach which makes it nice and quite. Although there are other flats on the property, privacy was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and will make use of this property again."

"We had a 87B and it was lovely. The villa wasspacious and easily accommodated 2 of us.There was a shower and toilet which was greatand the balcony had stunning views. It was clean and well equipped. 500 m away from the beach and it was peaceful.Overall it was a super 2 nights there, noloud noise that we noticed and will hopefully go back sometime. Ifyou want a relaxing time away we definitely recommend this place and will visit soon."
