This affordable self-catering apartment is 50m from the beach. (Mountain view - no sea view). It is opposite the main surfing spot of the Strand and offers two double bedrooms with two single sleeper couches in the living area. Unit sleeps max 4 adults 2 children. Incl DSTV and wifi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, iron, iron board. Indoor and outdoor braai facilities, Satellite TV and entertainment system in lounge and main bedroom. Bathroom with corner bath and shower. Single lock-up garage for safe parking.
Strand is a popular holiday destination for its golden beaches, surrounding mountains with hiking trails.
We are situated 30 minutes drive from the Cape Town International Airport, 10 minute drive from Stellenbosch Wine Route, 30 minute drive from Cape Town, Indoor Olympic size swimming pool, Hermanus with whale watching is a 30 minute drive, Water Sports, golf courses, boat trips, Helderberg Nature Reserve offers hiking trails, bird watching and picnics, a shopping mall with restaurants, movies, ten pin bowling, games centre and lots of shops and Monkey Town.
