Apartment 302 is one of the lovely apartments located in the complex of 42 Kusweg, offering guests accommodation within walking distance of the beach. The self-catering unit comprises three rooms furnished with comfortable double, single and a bunk bed.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a balcony, while the other two rooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower. All rooms are also equipped with a fan for those hot nights. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, microwave, washing machine, and tea and coffee facilities, and guests can enjoy their meals at the picnic dining table.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with both a TV with DStv access and a DVD player and opens onto the balcony. Offering beautiful views, the balcony features a built-in braai and a dining area. Off-street parking is available for two cars, with one being able to park in the automated garage.

Besides the lovely beaches, guests are also able to visit various attractions in the area, including the promenade which has coffee shops, restaurants as well as an entertainment area with minigolf and a water slide - perfect family entertainment. For the golfers, there's the Strand Golf Course and for the nature lovers, the Hottentots Holland Nature Reserve boasts approximately 110 bird species and 1,300 fynbos species. Various small buck such as the klipspringer and common duiker and, occasionally, a leopard can be spotted. Hiking trails from one to three days are also available in the Reserve.
