Stylish and modern apartment situated on the 4th floor in a secure complex, in Strand. It is only a stones throw from the surfers beach and a short walk to Waterworld entertainment center.The apartment consists of two en-suite bedrooms with sliding doors leading onto a balcony, with lovely mountain views. There is an open-plan living area with a TV and DStv access, and a fully equipped kitchen. All linen and bath towels are provided, except beach towels.Guests can relax on the spacious balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking the beach and ocean. Secure basement parking is provided. The complex has a gym, a sauna, a heated swimming pool and braai facilities.
