Emerald Bay C115 is a comfortable and modern, fully furnished apartment situated in Strand. The apartment is located on the first floor overlooking False Bay, Cape Point and Gordons Bay.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath and shower, a spacious lounge area with a TV and you are welcome to bring your own DVD player, as well as an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. A starts pack for electricity is available. The balcony offers guests beautiful sea views and you also overlook the communal garden and pool area. There are several communal braai facilities in the garden available to all guests.

Strand lies at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, between Macassar and Gordons Bay, and just a 40-minute drive from Cape Town. Strands beachfront is 5 km of white sand that is a water sports magnet and among the safest swimming beaches in the country.
The beaches in Strand are warm, sheltered and lie on the edge of a promenade that includes a few coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a large entertainment area with putt-putt, a water slide, a heated Olympic-size swimming pool and tidal pool, which should keep the family amused.

06 January 2014"This is most probably the best holiday spot in the Strand. Situated within the Greenways Golf Estate it is very secure and right on the beach.Only 2 problems -No cleaning service and the DTSV service was disconnected 2 days before our departure.Otherwise - excellent."

07 October 2013"What a lovely clean, beautifully furnished apartment. Despite the wind and rain the apartment was warm and cosy with everything that was needed for a lovely stay. Bed was comfortable and washing machine and dishwasher meant that there was not much one had to do oneself. Really enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back."

The view is beautiful with the unit just a few yards from the beach. The complex is a peaceful place with little noise or activity and centrally located relative to the vineyards and Cape Town proper. Overall, I'd give the place 4 out of 5 stars."
