This spacious luxury, air-conditioned, self-catering one-bedroom apartment in the well-known Hibernian Towers building right on the beachfront sleeps four guests and is situated in Strand near Cape Town, South Africa. We are located close to Somerset West on the edge of the Cape Wine lands. The well-known Stellenbosch Wine route is 10 minutes away.A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, under floor heating, LCD TV with Cable television and a DVD/CD player contribute to make your stay a comfortable one. Floor to ceiling windows accentuates the breathtaking views of the ocean. The Balcony offers view of the ocean, Table Mountain, and the beautiful Helderberg and Hottentots-Holland Mountains. Safe secure parking with access control and 24 Hour security available.We have a Convenience store, Spa, Hair Saloon and more on ground floor. The apartment is conveniently located on the Golden Mile, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

"The flat was very good and there were no major issues. However there are currently major road construction on beach road (the street in front of the complex) lasting from Jan 17 to Aug 17 according to the road signs. The result of the major road works is that it is very noise throughout the day, beach access is blocked off and a crane used in the road construction might block off your sea view. Please enquire about the state of the construction before booking any flats on beach road in Strand."
