This light and sunny spacious apartment in the popular Hibernian 301 welcomes you into the heart of the Strand beachfront in the Western Cape.
The upmarket self-catering apartment can sleep up to two guests. The apartment is tastefully furnished and offers an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment also has underfloor heating. The lounge area has comfortable seating, LCD TV with DStv and DVD/CD player adding to your luxurious stay.
The apartment has amazing views through the large glass windings and a glass door looking towards the ocean and is sure to provide amazing sunsets. These large glass doors lead onto a balcony with a braai area.
The Hibernian 301 are centrally located and across the road from the long strand beach. The fourth floor of the building offers a gym, sauna and heated swimming pool. The building also has surveillance cameras with chip security access throughout building.
The sidewalks in Strand are lined with restaurants and shops. The area is also close to the world renowned Stellenbosch wineries and the Somerset shopping mall.
