  "I found Carslogie to be a good B&B "money's worth". Christine was quite welcoming and generally very cordial. The establishment is neat, the room, bathroom & the linens were neat & tidy. will stay there again and recommend to others as well."

  "The Beachcombers were absolutely fantastic. Ruth is a wonderful person and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The house was wonderful and even our 2 children fell in love with it straight away. Everything was spotless, and the cottage was more than fully equipped, ranging from electronic bedside radio alarm clocks,all the way through to a washing machine. The nature reserve in which the Cottages are situated is beautiful and relaxing. We spent many hours on the unspoilt beaches, and whale watching became a fascinating daily experience. Beachcombers is definitely the place the recommend."

  "We spent the last night a fortnight in South African at the Carslogie House.It was everything it was described to be.Very friendly, helpful, proprietors.Just a shame we couldn't enjoy a lie in!We had an early flight to catch."

  "We stayed with friends at Carslogie and wish it could have been longer, we were only there for approx. 12 hours!! en route to Safari. We were unable to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Christine was very welcoming indeed and did everything she could for us in the short time we were there.The rooms were quite beautiful and the attention to detail was astonishing. The garden was really lovely and we did make the best of our very short stay there.We shall certainly tell our family and friends about it.If we were to give it marks it would definitely be 10++"

  "We stayed in the self-catering apartment for 4 nights. The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and shops and in a safe area to walk around at night. The apartment was very well equiped, clean and very comfortable, with two balconies and two bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

  "My wife and I stayed here for one night en route from the Garden Route to J'burg and felt right at home straight away. The food, service, cleanliness and comfort were more than satisfactory. Whilst the location is tranquil it is also ideally placed for the airport due to its location and easy access to the main roads. I would definitely recommend this place."

  "We (two adults & 2 children) only stayed for one night in the apartment which is a short walk away from the main guesthouse. Apartment is right a cross the road from the beach and close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping etc.The owners could not have done more for us. They really made us feel at home and gave us very detailed information about our surroundings. We felt completely at ease during our short time there and wish we had scheduled our time to allow a few more days there. "
