Please note that the Cascades refurbishment will be commencing from July 2018. The refurbishment will be undertaken in phases, with work starting from the bottom floors upwards, to minimise inconvenience.
The Cascades pool will be closed during the following period for maintenance: 13 to 28 May 2018.

16 April 2018"The hotel seemed quite "tired". Old towels and linen. Staff were not really friendly or helpful. Menu in the restaurants were basic and did not indicate options such as vegetarian/gluten free etc. Turn down service had to be called to make up the sleeper couch despite them knowing it was needed. Spa are the Gary Player clubhouse was overpriced for what we got. Three of us got a different treatment and all were disappointing. They got us to fill in feedback forms before the massage so no true feedback was given. Disappointment all around. Rather take you money and go elsewhere."
