Kitekahunas Beach House offers accommodation in the beautiful and very upmarket suburb of Sunset Beach. Best suited for kitesurfers and windsurfers, our apartments are located directly on the beach. The apartments are situated within walking distance from the tramway station which goes directly to Cape Town's city centre.

The beach house combines a prime location in a secure residential area with easy access to public transport and amenities. Kitesurfing lessons and equipment are provided, as well as car rental for guests' convenience.

Each apartment comprises a private bathroom and kitchenette with microwave, and also features a DVD player and Internet. Housekeeping is provided and guests also have use of the garden. In addition, a full breakfast buffet is available on request, in season only.

"Disappointing. <br />Television did not work, insufficient bedding for cold Cape Town weather, floor could have been cleaner.<br />As a woman staying there alone, security was insufficient, especially considering there was no-one else around. It would be very easy to open the sliding door.<br /><div><br /></div><div><strong><em>Establishment Response:</em></strong></div><div><strong><em><br /></em></strong></div><div><em><div>Our holiday apartments dont have TV reception, and hence we do not advertise TV, nor has the customer paid for the service. We however offer a DVD player and a TV connected to it.</div><div>There is winter bedding in the cupboard of the apartments, which the customer obviously overlooked. She was booked in there two time, for two long week-ends, and she had a full-time housekeeper to her availability, with no other tasks during that time. We would have appreciated, if the customer simply had asked about the bedding.</div><div>Same for the floor. We dont really understand this complaint, because our apartments are kept very clean. But again, it can always happen that somebody overlooks something and a little hint to us is always appreciated.</div><div>As for the lock, the old lock broke recently and this is a provisorium during the repair, but in good working condition.</div></em></div>"

"We enjoyed our stay very much at the guest house. Everything was very neat and comfortable. Very peacefull area and the beach was just beautiful."
