GAP Lodge
GAP Lodge is nestled on the slopes of Table Mountain in Tamboerskloof, halfway between the Mother City, as Cape Town has become known, and the majestic Table Mountain. The lodge is within easy walking distance of trendy and vibrant Kloof and Long Streets with their many shops, restaurants, internet caf's and cinemas. There are also more than 15 golf courses in the Western Cape to choose from.
The V&A Waterfront, the city centre, Cape Town International Convention Centre and the beautiful Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are all five to 10 minutes away, and across the road from GAP Lodge you will find a small convenience store with ATM facilities and a liquor license.
GAP Lodge offers three comfortable en-suite bedrooms, each individually decorated with an en-suite shower and toilet, dual air-conditioning, a digital safe, hairdryer, and TV with M-Net. All bed linen is100% percale cotton and tea and coffe facilities are also provided. Enjoy your breakfast with freshly brewed coffee on the terrace, while watching the squirrels frolicking in the trees.
Owners Le Roi and Linda assure you of typical South African hospitality. Le Roi is a registered tour guide and will gladly assist you at the travel desk in planning your trips in and around Cape Town and up the beautiful Garden Route either on a customized tour or on a group tour. Transfers from and to Cape Town International Airport can also be arranged.

25 January 2016"The owners are very hospitable and welcoming. Although we only used this as a base whilst visiting our son, GAP is the perfect place to stay if visiting Cape Town as tourists. Not only are they right on a MyCiti bus stop but the owners are well equipped to assist you with all your arrangements, take you on tours as well as tailor make you a perfect day out. Rooms are comfortable, breakfasts are delicious and the house is fun and quirky. The only downside is noise from the communal lounge area outside the bedrooms."

The room was so clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The house is within easy walking distance of several very good and reasonably priced restaurants."
