The Lions

The Lions is a spacious and recently refurbished double-storey Victorian establishment with magnificent views of Table Mountain. The establishment has retained its old world feel with Oregon floors, and is located in the heart of Cape Town. The Table Mountain cableway, V&A Waterfront and Camps Bay and Clifton beaches are all located within a 10 minute drive.

The establishment comprises six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and offers accommodation for up to 12 guests. Each apartment sleeps two people, and five out of the six bathrooms have showers. The remaining bathroom has both a Victorian bath and a shower. Features include an open-plan lounge and dining area with a modern kitchen and separate scullery.

A spacious, private garden and private parking for four cars are available. There is also a sophisticated alarm system throughout the establishment for guests' peace of mind. The Lions includes a fully-equipped, communal kitchen which contains a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine, and all linen is provided. The house is serviced daily and there is a laundry service nearby in Kloofnek Road

The area boasts a good selection of highly recommended restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and delis. A Continental breakfast can be served at an addition cost. The Lions can also be rented out as a whole unit at R3,000 per night out of season and R4,000 in season.
