"I really wasn't satisfied with the bathroom at all. There was a glass put for rinsing after tooth brushing which was left dirty and to be used by the next visitors (us). The bath was also dirty. May you please make sure such are not seen because they set visitors off."
"We booked accommodation 3 days before arrival and received confirmation thereof. On arrival we struggled to gain access from the main gate. The gates were locked and the guard's house was in complete darkness. We had to phone a Jo'burg to get attention. We were accommodated in a room that clearly was not prepared. Sheets had stains on them. The bathroom door had a nail for a handle. TV reception was horrible. No remote for Tv. No drinking water,coffee/ tea amenities..."
