Crysalis is a luxury seafront ground-floor unit offering spectacular 180-degree views of the ocean. A set of steps in front of the house takes you down to the beach where you can enjoy tidal pools or you can spend hours walking on the rocks and studying the marine life. You can also do some safe snorkelling and the pools are very suitable for swimming and playing for kids.
Towards the west, there are sandy beaches for kilometres where you can enjoy surfing, fishing, windsurfing, body boarding, swimming, sun tanning and hiking. From the comfort of your own unit, you can also watch the dolphins and seasonal Southern Right whales.
Crysalis offers two bedrooms with a large glass sliding door opening onto spectacular sea views. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a toilet, bath and hand shower, and hand basin. The second bathroom includes a toilet, shower and hand basin. The open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area offers spectacular sea views, and the lounge area has a pull-out bunk which sleeps an additional two guests.
Guests can bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and double sink. The house is a non-smoking facility, with room outside for smokers. On the western side of the house there is a barbecue area, overlooking Mosselbay point. The house is not serviced during your stay and visitors need only bring their own towels.
