Relax at our luxury guest house with beautiful fully equipped suites all with stunning 180 degree sea views and with private beach access.Our luxury suites are all equipped with TV, fridge, tea/coffee station, hairdryers and linen. Enjoy a full and delicious breakfast. Self-catering suites are also available.Lovely pool deck and braai area. Enjoy fishing, surfing, diving, snorkeling, long walks along the beach or simply meandering along the rocks at low tide. Watch the whales and dolphins from your private balcony or from the pool deck. Close to shops, restaurants, golf course, gym and public life-guarded beaches with swimming pools for children. Just 15 minutes to city, 30 minutes to airport and on the bus route.

29 August 2015"Overall a nice stay at the All Seasons. <br /><br />Staff was excellent, rooms clean and facilities good. <br /><br />Fee included breakfast which was of a good standard. <br /><br />Loved the view from the pool platform where a small bench was, overlooking the ocean. <br /><br />Dolphins came to hunt close to shore nearly twice a day from early morning, which was great to see. ( Saw wales twice during 10 day stay.) <br /><br />The only aspect that bothered was during arrival when a different room than expected was received. Expected a room with oceanview, but was allocated a room in another building which was not even part of The All Seasons B&B complex, about 200m uproad. Felt cheated, and left a bad taste. Didn't like the standard of room or the view (which had none), and wasn't willing to pay the same amount for it than guests for an oceanview room payed; but staff listened to my complaint, and moved me to a better room quickly. Appreciated that. <br /><br />Overall Rating - 2.5 Stars<br />I stay in many accommodations around the world on my travels as a journalist, and at $45.10 a night, it was a fairly good room. <br /><br />(Noteworthy aspects in room: Hairdryer, sewing kit, linen & towel change (often), clean bathroom(shower) with handsoap, shampoo and other amenities.)<br /><br />Staff - Cleaning ladies and breakfast team was excellent and very pleasant.<br /><br />Accommodation: Private access to beach. Beautiful, clean beach.<br />"

07 October 2009"Even though the weather was bad, I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation for their homeliness, friendliness and excellent service. It was very relaxing and a pleasure to stay there. They rooms were big and the views were breathtaking."
