Bougainvilla Lodge

Bougainvilla Lodge was introduced to the hospitality industry in 1994. With a superb track record in the hospitality field, skills and knowledge at hand, we have rendered a service to the local community over the past few years.

Having our roots firmly settled in this industry, we have pride in the fact knowing that with the past, present and future support from in and around Thohoyandou, our objectives are to maintain a high level of service delivery to all our current and prospective patrons.

The lodge offers 18 rooms with double and single beds, en-suite bathrooms, TVs, telephones and fans. We also have open-air braai facilities, security and parking. Meals are available and the rooms are serviced.

Thohoyandou is a bustling town with a hive of activity with fruit markets, street vendors, a lively atmosphere and a fair number of students who attend the University of Venda. This is the land of lush vegetation, coffee and tea plantations, acres of subtropical fruit, tobacco and maize fields with neat little rural villages that litter the landscape. The homes are made in a time-old tradition that involve low encircling decorated walls.
