  "They stole the Spare Wheel from underneath our company Vechicle overnight. No assistance was offered from the owner or Manager and this place will never be use by our company again. Very poor security and service!!"

  "When we arrived we were told breakfast is only included for one person. We were a group of 15 guests and you can imagine our shock at our half not able to eat with us if they do the charges is R75 x 7.5. I flipped to a thousand pieces because had I known I wouldn't have booked. Let's just say we never paid for breakfast for all 15.Bathrooms need a renewal TLC. some shower taps are hard to open and/or hard to close. They had no airfreshners when we asked to refresh room air because there was a group before our check-in."

  "The staff were excellent and very friendly, the food was (supper and breakfast) will prepared presented and enough. Very reasonable prices too.I think you can do with improving the basin an the bath. Taps that was brown around their does not give n impression on cleanliness."

  "Hi. I am seriously unsatisfied with my booking. I made this booking by checking which places were on your website close to where I needed to be. I checked this lodge's location on google maps which was totally wrong. I only managed to get there after 7pm, where upon I realized it didn't match the pictures shown here at all. It was along a bad gravel road and dogs were chasing me in the street, there was no bell outside the address and barbed wire lying in the street. It was in a very low income area which may be fine in some instances but not for R600 a night! My family has made many booking with you before and never had a problem like this. Because of this instance I may never book with you again as I am unsure of what I am paying for, I thought you would vet each establishment to at least make sure that what they advertise actually exists. I would like my money back but I am sure you are just going to through you terms and conditions in my face. I already had to drive another 50km and pay another R1000 to stay in a hotel as I refused to stay there. I would appreciate a response in the least but if not I will just take my business elsewhere. Good day."

  "The accommodation was not bad, but there is always room for improvement. Kindly pay attention at your bathroom taps, sometimes when switching on water you get electrocuted.<br/><br/>The overall stay was good, and I can recommend Naledzi to other people, the rooms were big enough with air con."

  "On arrival in Thohoyandou, the heat was unbearable.As we were not familiar with the area, the road signs from the main road to Naledzi Lodge was a great help. We were welcomed by friendly staff who immediately showed us to our rooms. The heat was unbearable however when we entered the rooms, we were greeted by cool air as the air condition had been turned on before our arrival. The room were neat, breakfast served in our rooms, service was awesome!!!"
