Eland House

Eland House is a fully equipped self-catering unit situated within the Drie Kuilen Nature Reserve 34 kms out of Touws River. The house offers comfortable accommodation ideal for groups of six.

The house has three bedrooms and comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and enclosed veranda. Bedding is provided in the rooms, along with one towel per person. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher and electric stove. The enclosed veranda offers a light and airy space to entertain. The space includes a pool table, braai facilities and a dining area with views of the surrounding mountains.

The nearest town is 34 km away and guests will need to ensure they have enough fuel. Bring along braai wood, your own food, spices and drinks, cleaning materials, toiletries and garbage bags. Bring extra warm clothing for the evenings as they tend to be very cold, while the days are very warm.

The reserve has no cell phone coverage and unfortunately there is no credit card facilities or internet. Any additional payments will need to be made in cash. A cleaning service is available on request at an additional fee, for the mornings.

A minimum payment of R2000 is payable per booking, regardless of the number of guests.
