Waterval Country Lodge

Waterval Country Lodge is a historic farmstead set in 40 acres of land and surrounded by a nature reserve. It is the perfect place to come and unwind.

We have three beautiful Garden Rooms with their own private entrances and patios. The rooms have either a king-size bed or twin beds and private bathrooms with showers. The rooms are all equipped with air-conditioning, heaters, Wi-Fi connections and hairdryers. There is no smoking in the rooms.

Wake up to views over the Witzenberg Mountains; take a stroll to the waterfall for a swim before breakfast; relax by the pool or under the ghost gums and read a book; and leave your children with our kids camp whilst you go off exploring. Sit in the massive Jacuzzi and let your muscles untangle; book a massage; visit Tulbagh's famous Church Street; go chocolate tasting; adventure out on one of our mountain bikes that are available for hire; dust off your hiking boots and venture out into the reserve.
