  "We visited 30 Degrees for the weekend of the 08th May 2016, for a family break-away and also to celebrate my hubbies birthday as well as Mother's day. To start off, when we arrived the Friday evening, we found geyser was leaking. Place was flooded with water. Which I eventually started cleaning up. This lasted formost of theweekend. There goes my "off from house work" time. The geyser was eventually fixed by the Sunday afternoon at 15:00. We could then for the first time have a decent warm shower. The place as a whole is very nice, great holiday area with nice food places around. With the rains over the weekend in the Durban area, our weekend was not the greatest experience."

  "Apartment 504 has a spectacular view of the ocean. This is really a lovely apartment. We found it adequate and spacious for our family of 4. It was clean and furnished beautifully. It has a large wrap around balcony, clear glass doors in front which makes it even more roomier.<div>Afternoons on the veranda , provide the perfect spot for sun-downers. We were fortunate to see dolphins as well.</div><div>The only problem is the monkeys , please ensure you keep the doors and windows closed if you see them venturing close to the apartment and when you leave .</div>"

  "Beautiful, spacious apartment with easy access to the beach and stunning views. The apartment has everything that one requires from an upmarket venue. The place does however require a thorough cleaning.Overall, great value for money!"

  "The complex and unit are ideally located across from the beach. Quiet unit. Spacious, but could really do with a good spring cleaning but other than that, a lovely place."

  "This is a very nice apartment but it needs some attention. The Aircon suddenly for no apparent reason starts pumping in air that smells like an open sewer. The carpets are gross and need steam cleaning or, if that fails,replacement. There are now towel rails or hooks in the en-suite bathroom. Bath mats would be nice. Some of the crockery is chipped and all of it was grubby. Very nice unit but it needs a lot of attention.Not good enough for the price!"

  "Great sea views, unit is spacious with modern fittings. It should be noted that the unit is located on the third floor, overall a good stay and will definitely return."

  "Lovely holiday home and beautiful views to the ocean. You literally hear the ocean from your bedroom. Just needs a bit of maintenance and those little things that makes it a home away from home e.g. Blankets for those rainy and cold days. Otherwise a gem."

  "We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, modern, bright and airy. The sea views are gorgeous. The apartment block is easily the best on the road with a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended."
