5 Marginella is a comfortable apartment situated right on the beach in Umdloti. This apartment is one of only three that is set on the very front wing of the building, making it very exclusive and spacious with uninterrupted breaker views. The quiet coastal town of Umdloti is situated 25 km north of Durban and an ideal family holiday destination.
The apartment is on the third floor and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities, air-conditioning throughout, an open-plan living area with a TV and full DStv as well as a large patio with both a built-in coal braai. Guests please need to bring their own towels.
The unit is serviced on weekdays, excluding public holidays and weekends. There is remote gate access into the complex and secure under-cover parking for one vehicle, as well as an open parking bay for another.
We are ideally situated across the road from a swimming beach with the safety of lifeguards in attendance during the holiday seasons and a short walk from the popular tidal pool. Further along the beach to the south are several rock pools and another swimming-surfing beach as well as several restaurants and shops within an easy walk.

16 March 2015"The unit is not what the advertisement stated. Not even doors on the lock-up garage, no gas braai, no towels and cleaning service do only the dishes and bathrooms. The views however are stunning!"
