  "Unfortunately this was one of the worst accommodations I have stayed in. There are so many things that was not of a good standard . The Doors struggle to lock , not all the stove plates work , the plates and cups are all chipped ...No blankets in the second room , one bathroom for a six sleeper ... this place has so much potential but is not looked after .These are just a few issues , there is to many to name . The only thing about our stay was Antoinettes friendliness ..I honestly would not recommend this accommodation to anyone ."

  "Enjoyed our stay at Dolphin View. It was my third time visiting the place and the view is always breathtaking. There is nothing more calming than being that close to the ocean. I must say though that the standard at Dolphin View has dropped since the last time I was there. There were a few disappointing attributes, mainly the weather being excruciatingly hot and there was no fan / air-conditioning system in the lounge area. Also, the outside light on the deck did not work, which made it difficult for us to relax outside on the deck in the dark. Furthermore, there was no umbrella or anything on the deck for us to use during the day when the sun was scorching. The fan in the main bedroom was also faulty. It hardly moved. These conditions made our stay a little uncomfortable. Other than that, we had an enjoyable relaxing experience."

  "The location of the place was very nice... best seaviews I've seen, BUT the service from Antoinette was disappointing. I was a bit concerned about the unit not having a sink so Ive emailed Antoinette and kind enough she offered us the two bedroom unit where as it was better as i have 2 toddlers. So the sink and bath tub helped big time in the two bedroom unit. We booked 5 nights with Dolphin View. On arrival Antoinette forgot that she gave us the two bedroom and for the 1st night we had to use the one bedroom unit which was very uncomfortable, no kitchen at all - all kitchen appliances is in the lounge where I had to make my toddlers sleep which was not safe at all. The bathroom was very small and not very clean.<br/>After the 1st night, she moved us to the two bedroom unit but on the 4th day she told us to move back to the small unit because there are people coming to use the bigger unit. This was really upsetting as i told her we not comfortable there and even willing to pay extra for the unit. But it seemed like she already booked the other people knowing my family still occupied the bigger unit. So instead of moving to small unit, we packed up and went home and lost out on 1 extra night we booked for as there were no last minute bookings available for another night anywhere else. And besides the bad service - the pictures on the Ad is false. The balcony seen in the pictures is a unit thats not available for booking. <br/>Will not recommend this place to anyone."

  "My wife and myself booked in the 09-11 September. We were very disappointed as the bottom guest house appeared to be an after thought and primitive. We did not even have a sink to prepare or wash dishes. We never saw or spoke to any of the owners or a manager. We tried to organise breakfast but did not know how or who to approach!Besides for the closeness of the beach, a great disapointment!"

  "They deserve waaaay less than one star. Poor hospitality. The host was not there to welcome us upon arrival, it was the cleaner who helped us settle in. No one explained anything to us, such that when we got back from the mall Thursday afternoon, monkeys had been in our units and made a mess. Friday night there were no lights and no one bothered to come explain to us what was happening and check if we have enough candles...and by the way we only had one. Only when I went to Antoinette's house she asked if we need candles. When we left the Sunday morning, when dropping off the keys at their house the husband was so rude to us and told us that they were sleeping. I understand it was just after 5am but he really didn't have to be rude. Never booking there nor recommending the place to anyone"
