  "I was not happy with the owner and her treatment not to mention her remarks. On our arrival she questioned in an undermining way if my card will pay the balance. We were given a room upstairs even though we specified we have a 2 year old, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and having to climb the flight of stairs with a 2 year old was risky. When we got to the room she told us she wants to show us how the curtains works as she doesn't want us to mess them, because they are expensive. She served us the same breakfast every morning until we asked if she had anything different to serve. The water was always warm if not cold, and the wind was coming through the windows. One of the days she phoned me complaining that we are banging the shower door we must not break it because it involves lots of money to fix, I was shocked because no one was banging the let alone playing with it. As we were about to check out, she said :before you people leave I have to check the room". That was offensive yet we kept quiet as we couldn't wait to leave. She asked if I will be visiting anytime soon my answer was NO!!!On the lighter note the staff was nice, welcoming and friendly, our room was always clean."

  "The welcome wasn't good when we arrived. She threatens us that if our boys (3 of them) makes too much noise she will check us out. Imagine the feeling you have when you get to a place and receive such when you have 3 energetic boys. Nevertheless the light in the bathroom was not working and the dstv as well, even tough we checked in around 5pm. she should have made sure everything is working before we arrived. The room was clean and its location to where we wanted to go was fantastic!The breakfast was ok, but on 2nd day she brought us the same fruit salad from previous day, all sogged up (cost saving??)"

  "The double room was spacious enough to fit two people comfortably. The room was lean and well maintained. the host was very kind and helpful. Beautifully located, close to sea, restaurants and business facilities. Great value for money, especially on business trips"

  "The bedding was clean and room was clean. The toaster in the breakfast area did not work for four days...the WiFi did not work....with a bit of care the place could be much better...."

  "I enjoyed the fact that I could relax outside my room well into the evening, enjoying the sunset and peacefulness of the location. I had a pleasant view and enjoyed a healthy breakfast each morning in good company. Other patrons were friendly, an atmosphere of well being presided over my entire stay there."

  "We arrived on the 17th as planned and got the room we wanted. It had the best view of the city and the ocean. Can you please send this to the owner. The place is filthy and dirty. To get more guess and people coming back she should need to step up her cleaning."
