8 M'Doni Lofts

8 MDoni Lofts is a lovely four-bedroom self-catering apartment located in the small village of Salt Rock, on the KwaZulu-Natal northern coast. It is just 30 minutes' drive from Durban.

The apartment is set over three levels and all the rooms are equipped with air-conditioners. Opening onto the private garden, the main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The second and third bedrooms offer twin and bunk beds that share the use of a bathroom with a bath only.

Located separately is an apartment with a fourth en-suite bedroom. We provide linen and bath towels, but guests need to bring their own beach towels. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished and is equipped with a TV with DStv; it opens onto the furnished balcony which has a built-in braai area and enjoys a lovely view of the sugar cane fields.

The apartment is located within 800 m of Salt Rock's main beach and shops. It is only 20 minutes from King Shaka International Airport. There are various world-class golf courses in the area and guests can go shopping at the Gateway Shopping Centre. The Flag Farm Animal Farm offers a farmyard experience with carts pulled by ponies and cart horses, tractor rides, feeding chickens or milking cows.
