"I was bit disappointed, firstly the lift was not working. We had to carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. then we got into our room, the was a paddle of water on the kitchen floor the fridge was leaking. the toilet in the bathroom water wouldn't stop running after flushing.With all that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't think I'll come back though."

"We stayed in an adjoined studio. The room itself was nice but quite small, with a grid over the window which made it a bit dark. The service we experienced from staff however wasn't really up to hotel standards. Even though they seemed friendly, they really weren't very helpful when it came to helping with shuttles, room service,etc. And the indoor pool is cold."

"We were surprised by what we saw when we entered the room, for the price we paid. The room was modern clean. It was basically a self catering unit. This was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and make use of it again myself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Well done! Absolutely brilliant. Value for money."

"My husband and I were desperate for a break and selected Urban Park for its price and convenience and we were not disappointed. The hotel facilities are new and neat and clean. The hotel is centrally located and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was definitely worth the price and perfect if you want convenience although it is a drive from the beach front."

"The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful.The room was very neat, spacious and included a full kitchen to our surprise.The hotel is located in a nice area very close to the Gateway shopping mall and offered real value for money.The two sleeper room cpould however do with a barrier between the shower/bath and bedroom.Overall very happy with stay and will be back in future."
