"The location"
17 March 2018"Very disappointed with the entire experience.I was initially quoted a reasonable price for the use of the zenith apartment. Before payment, upon my second enquiry to confirm if the unit was still available I was requoted double the price. I queried this and it was agreed that the payment would be made as per the initial quote. We were contacted by Ingrid the day before our arrival to inform us that we would not be able to use the zenith apartment that we paid for as the tiles were lifting and had to be replaced (this could have been a tactic for the unit to be hired to someone else at a higher price). We were not offered a refund and was told that we would be placed in the B&B owned by Ingrid. At the B&B we were also not offered a choice of room and was rather just placed into a room convenient for the host. The room was old and lacked basic things like certain crockery and extra blankets. The bathroom door got In the way of the shower door opening etc. Ingrid made no attempt to apolgise personally for the inconvenience. As if that was not enough I was asked 3 times to make further payments and had to explain each time to the owner, Ingrid that the full payment was made (again another possible tactic to charge us more for a room we did not even agree to). I would not recommend the accomodation. It was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional."
