  "Upon arrival for our three night stay, we were greeted by the warming staff and shown to our room. Although the room was small, it was cozy for the time spent in Durban. The daily breakfast was wholesome and more than enough was available for everyone to enjoy. The courteous staff and guest house manager made our stay all the more pleasant with their hospitable approach to our every request. Thank you for the great hospitality and we will be returning soon!"

  "Facility is clean and 5 min walk to the beach. Owner was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and made us feel at home. She went an extra mile to ensure we comfortable in our rooms. Recommended places for us to visit nearby as well as transport. Bid farewell to each one of us at check out at our different time slots since some had to check out as early as 5am. All in all we had a great stay at Ridgesea, will definitely book there again. I highly recommend the Guest House."

  "We spent a week at the Ridgesea Guest House and had the most wonderful time there. Our host was very accommodating and made us feel as if we were home. The breakfasts changed everyday and they were delicious!! Amazing staff always there to help and assist. The guest house was neat, VERY clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone."

  "Ridgesea is the best. Accommodation is clean and neat. The staff are friendly and very hospitable and the food is fantastic. This is surely a place where one can call home from home. This is our second stay and we are going to make it our regular place to stay as we are both retired and will be making more trips to Umhlanga in future than in the past. The guesthouse is well located in Umhlanga Rocks, a lovely part of town with good restaurants nearby and close to the beaches. The breakfasts were large and tasty. A good budget option in Umhlanga. <br />"
