10 Ipanema Beach
Located on the East Coast of South Africa just North of Durban, lies the beautiful and popular coastal town of Umhlanga. The endless beaches and year round good weather makes it one of the best holiday destinations in Southern Africa. Our apartment lies just metres from the sandy beaches, shops and restaurants.
10 Ipanema is a self-catering apartment with two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, upstairs fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room with DStv. The unit has a private patio with braai area, complex has communal pool and braai area and a lock-up garage for one car.
The unit can sleep four people at a very maximum and no pets are allowed. No students or bookings where all persons included are under the age of 25. A minimum of seven day bookings during high season.
