The flat comprises two bedrooms and a large lounge area leading off the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern facilities including a stove, a microwave and a fridge, while the lounge has a large TV and ample seating space. The dining table offers seating for four people and the kitchen also has a serving counter with bar stools. All bedding, cutlery and crockery is provided.
The apartment is located in a small suburb, within close driving distance to the beaches and shopping centres. Durban city centre is also in close proximity along the N2 main road.
