Rest Assured Self-Catering

Rest Assured Self-Catering is located in Mthatha, home to the Nelson Mandela Museum which is the towns popular attraction and Qunu, the birthplace of the great Nelson Mandela is only a few kilometres out of town.

This one-bedroom unit has a king-size bed or two single beds can be arranged. It is equipped with a ceiling fan and a box fan and for winter months there is a heater, electric blankets, and additional blankets to keep warm. The room has a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery and cutlery.

This unit is central located within close proximity to shops and the city centre as well as within walking distance to two restaurants and two pubs.

"Disappointed and inconvenienced"

"initially I made a reservation via safarinow for a 2 nights stay at 52 Blakeway. Shortly after confirming my reservation, I was informed by the establishment that they were fully booked and that we were moved to Shonalanga BnB. This was a great inconvenience for us as I was traveling with two toddlers. The room size was small leaving very little room for one to move around. The room was equipped with only a shower which is ideal for adults and not as much for toddlers under 4. The service at Shonalanga BnB was very poor. The lady who received us was unfriendly and the first question she asked was "have you paid?" The overall experience was terrible and would not recommend these two establishments to anyone. "

"it is in a very Safe and quiet Location of Mthamtha with easy Access to Central Restaurants. Very good for overnight with selfcatering breakfast and comfortable beds. There is a Outside table and chairs at the other Side of the House, but a Suggestion for more comfort: own Table and chairs in Front of the Room Entrance would be easier for take breakfast."

"The bed was comfortable and it even had bed-warmers! There were kitchen facilities and the bathroom was amazing. The only thing is that we saw no indication outside that it was a Guest House."
