"When my driver arrived there, there was no booking for him as it was not even confirmed and also he was informed that it is fully booked. The booking confirmation only came through this morning it had to cost him to drive all the way to Kokstad for accommodation."
"The place apparently moved last month, but SafariNow still has the old address. The guesthouse is in a very quiet area, but the rooms are noisy: you can hear the neighbors tv and discussions (and pets?). Lack of parking.Other facilities are brand new and (still?) good."
"The staff at Resthaven was very helpful and welcoming. The housekeeping was of a high caliber as well."
"we have a great stay at Resthaven this past weekend. The place is very quiet and serene and above all we recommend the friendly staff and a great service. Thanks to Zandi for all the necessary assistance. We will definitely be back!"
"Rooms are nice and clean. Welcome was friendly and we were asked what time we wanted breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was ok and then we were asked for another R200 after we had eaten it. Not at all impressed! Spoiled the stay as felt we had been ripped off. Local area has nothing going for it but a fair base to stop before moving on.<div><br /></div>"
"Room was clean, receptionist friendly. Stayed there on a Friday night and there was a very noisy party that carried on until about 3 am. Electricity failed during the night and air-con did not work. Owner arranged for electrician to fix promptly, so that was very good service."
"It was neat, clean and comfortable. Thank you for helping us out with accommodation on such short notice."
