Stephan's Guest House

Stephan's Guest House is situated on the hill directly above the Port Shepstone Golf and Country Club, with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean. All our rooms are fully-equipped luxury units, each with magnificent sea views. If you really have to work, we also have wireless Internet and other business facilities on site.

We offer a private bar with great sea views - a great spot for a chill out drink or a small function. Relax in our pool and entertainment area after a swim and have a barbecue or a drink at the communal outdoor dining corner.

Stephan's Guest House is ideally situated for golfers and there are no less than 10 golf courses within a short driving distance, with some of South Africa's top courses to be found just around the corner. We have plenty of clubs and bags for hire, as well as an electric golf cart at Port Shepstone Country Club.

Besides doing everything possible to spoil you at Stephan's Guest House we will also organise anything to do with your holiday or business trip, such as booking tee times, organising safaris, diving trips, day trips, shuttle services to the beach and back, taxis, whale watching, and guided tours.

"Stephan is a very friendly host beautiful double storey with a stunning view of the oceon. The breakfaat is outstanding. The linen and towels fresh. Lovely stay.Parking a bit too little but Stephan is a gentleman he dont mind moving the car for us ladies. Will defenitely visit again."

"Stunning B&B - Stephan is very friendly and welcoming! The view was just insane! If you are able to get the Cheetah room then book it - the only concern I had is the bathroom is open plan and no door - I think even a curtain would suffice and maybe a lining on the curtain at the entrance as the bathroom is on left hand side as you enter but other than that a wonderful stay. The ladies that work there can cook - breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection. Will definitely be back. Thank you"

"We booked more than 6 weeks in advance and were very disappointed to be put into the 'Giraffe' room which is very small, dark and dingy. It is nothing like the beautiful room advertised on the website. There is very little privacy as the balconies are right next to each other with only frosted glass in between. The outside chairs are small and uncomfortable. There is no door between the bedroom and the toilet. The only good part of our stay was the view. Definitely won't go back."
