    "Very clean, great food & beautiful views of the ocean. It would be great to have a bar fridge in the room & access to ice when required. Also a phone in room to call reception would be nice including a hotel info sheet in room. The minor improvements don't take much away from great hotel."

    "From arrival to check out - the service was not good.<br/>Load shedding with no water is a problem for any guest especially if they are not aware of the water problem.<br/>Food on offer was very poor - do not cater for vegetarians - persons on hand seems ill-equipped to deal with.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Establishments response: <br/>Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was below standard. The food offering will be investigated.<br/>Unfortunately, the water is a Local Government issue and is beyond our control the same as Load shedding from Eskom. <br/>We hope to welcome you back in the near future.<br/>"

    "Staff is very helpful and tries to accommodate special requests. Food at the restaurant is not great. However, this is consistent with the whole area. There don't seem to be any good chefs around on the Hibiscus Coast. The hotel is good and offers everything of a 3-Star facility. Location is good too although for families the beach is not that convenient. I recommend Pebble Beach. They offer shady areas and beach stuff for rent like umbrellas etc."

    "We stayed in the Milkwood suite for 4 nights which was amazing! Stunning views and space! Great start to our 20 year anniversary celebrations! The staff were helpful and friendly.Food was very good and there was always plenty, even on the busiest days. Never had to ask for more.. it just arrived. Great pool to relax next to when it was too windy to be on the beach. A great find!"

    "<p>Very nice hotel. Extremely helpful and friendlyreception staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice. For overseas visitors wifi needs to be improved. The personal safe is a nightmare. Very difficult to reach located on the floor of the wardrobe with a difficult mechanism. As a smoker I appreciate and observe the no smoking rule of the hotel. The allocated smoking area is outside with no ashtrays and no shelter from the rain. </p>"

Room was lovely and of good standardNegatives:On arrival we were not informed of any facilities in the hotel I was surprised they had children's facilities or spa which I've just read on this review. The menu and food needs a lot of work, first experience of the food was buffet which was tasteless no options for both adults and childrenNo hair dryer in room. Breakfast ends too early forces one to wake up early to catch breakfast yet on holiday"
